    But like when i got muscle sore, or if im lightly injured, What exercises CAN I DO to STILL lose fat?

    If im long time inactive, my motivation goes away.

    And how should I eat then: More vegetables, less fat?

    I was just wondering, how could I fit my athlean x program with my muay thai sessions ( I have them at Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

  • @NovakGoran It only takes 20 minutes or so a day.

    It's perfect for fighters.

    You get your strength and cardio in a fraction of time leaving more time for skills work.

  • @kanjonza both. Jeff's program does both at the same time. This is a full body conditioning workout tho and that part of his program will burn lots of fat and build some muscle, compared with other parts that build more muscle than loose fat. This is what you would do in between the days your lifting.

  • @jambiyaSlaughter I did one set of Jeffs excercises in the gym and got blown twice while showering afterwards. Unfortunately it was from a transexual...however it was still good head.
