@DJDaveTee - Society members can be members of multiple chapters, and many in WC are members of HoH. Westminister Chorus does not compete in years when the Masters of Harmony compete (which has been pretty much 1 year on / 2 years off), though, so there's no conflict (or "choices").

They enjoy so much in their presentation. The feeling really spread out. They enjoy their singing, so do us.

If you look at everyone's hands. It is kind none tradition, everyone move their hands like a conductor. That means they are really into it, and they have same emotion that conductor brought out. That's called the harmony.
