Actually Ice Cube wrote a lot of songs for Eazy-E, and MC Ren contributed some lyrics to it. Eazy-E helped MC Ren after the breakup of NWA, and from then made a lot of songs written by himself. Believe or not, Eazy-E did write songs. He had help, but it doesn't change the fact that his songs are original and good. Eazy-E mostly used lyrics by Ice Cube when NWA was present, also; Eazy-E was a great person to rehearse the lyrics and perform it, which is why IC gave EE his lyrics
