Ron accuses Hermione for "fraternizing with the enemy" and is angry at her for being Krum's date, whereas if there's anyone he should be angry at it's himself for not having asked Hermione when it is so obvious they two like each other. Ron should have "packed up the courage" and ask her out, which he didn't so he has no right to criticise her date. I think.
