The republicans put more, much much more emphasis on Bill Clinton's sex life, appointed investigators, and Whitewater, and no effort at all on this unprecedented likelihood the Barry Soetoro is now acting as President of the United States illegally. That would go beyond impeachment to where he could simply be removed/evicted from the office and White House by court order. This is unprecedented and historic. Yet the republicans just watch Donald Trump cover it.

I find this video very interesting. Because I had to admit to my opponents on the anti-vigilance idiots side of the argument... that the registrar coming out and making the announcement that she did recently did, for the first time, constitute evidence for the Obama camp.

I said that it was too little too late for us not to keep demanding that this be checked out absolutely and fully. And I repeated your observation that this announcement was illegal and ought to be considered carfefully....

I assume this is the statement you mean. It is illegal for her to disclose any information in the vital records. She does mention the "original vital records", which may not be the Birth Certificate, but as Kerchner stated, only a mail-in form. I came across an article yesterday which said that the statement on the COLB, date "Filed" by registrar, as opposed to date received, indicates that the information could not be verified.

Right. In context it doesn't really add up to a hill of beans unless he is hiding a pertinent secret but pulling a rope-a-dope having the proof on a related matter.

But its a tough gig in my position. Because before she came out with that I was able to make the sweeping statement that the anti-vigilance clowns didn't have a damn thing in their favour.

I agree after all this time that statement is just week. But its going to be hard to convince newcomers who haven't watched this unravel......

Regardless if she was bought off or not, there is not one person in this country, that can say they were unaware, of the fact that Obama's father was from Kenya, and was not a US citizen. I understand that many citizens in this country do not understand what the term "natural born citizen" means. But most of our elected leaders were lawyers, that took an oath to uphold the Constitution, yet they all continue to ignore this issue.

I agree with everything you're saying. ALL excellent points. HRC & her lawyers and supporters couldn't even bring up the matter of DOCUMENTED caucus cheating without being dismissed as bitter, etc. Herr Doktor Dean & the gang of losers had this planned, and the rest of the Dems could go to hell. They dismissed us. I spoke w/lawyers on the Judiciary Comm. during the primary who said no one would touch it; that the media had to point it out and pursue it. To clarify: I spoke with lawyers who were assts. to members of the Judiciary Comm. I even spoke with clerks at the Supreme Court. I called election boards (state and Cook County) in Chicago. Upshot: no arm or agency of the govt is charged with verifying credentials of candidates. Shameful! And everyone was afraid of being called a racist.

Even more clarification: state and county election boards deal ONLY with residency, not citizenship, and it's up to a candidate (who would be affected by another candidate's lie) to file a claim against the candidate in question.
