  • who told this nigga not to work out with any shoes on?????????????????

  • Comment removed

  • @swaapo Being a nigga with African ancestry would facilitate flat footed training since niggas in the jungle don't wear shoes.

  • @swaapo barefoot training is way better than being in socks and shoes, i agree. more power and stability, plus you can feel your muscles better. i just think the skin tight shirt is for guys who feel small unless they are wearing that type of stuff. dude is strong as fuck and he looks natural

  • I've been more impressed by most teenagers in my gym. The leg development on this "pro" is pathetic. Ever heard of a barbell squat? Drop the kettlebells and lift some real weights.

  • That's a real powerful session bud.

I think all the criticism about your form is related to both your free weights back rows where you can see clearly you are not in good form. From what I see you where rowing too much of a weight. However, you had perfect for in all other excersises.

I can relate to your personal struggle with the back issue. Keep it up brother.

  • too light to fight , too thin to win!

  • EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE............... YEAHHHHH

    EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.............. YEAHHH

    EEEEEE............. YEAAAOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • im sorry but half the exercises his form is terrible. Dont you ever read a magizine or see anyone else working out? hopefully everyone in your gym does not have that lose form. im surprised you arent injured consistantly.

  • @MrBeefyMorgan Yep, 2 APA Powerlifting wins, multiple wins in amatuer bodybuilding and a top 5 in the pros and no injuries. Born with a spinae bifida too and managed to thwart off surgery all this time with my terribe form. Makes you wonder huh. Keep tearing me down bud, gotta love the haters.

  • @healthybodys just saying dude.....the pulldowns form looked bad. if you have to lean that far back your completely taking the goal out. the dumbell rows.....i mean for a pro bodybuilder shouldnt you be using good form on all lifts? Just looks like you are more about showing that you can move all the weight but if you do them with perfect form you wont move half the weight.Deadlifts were strong and good.......the other exercises you got sloppy. No disrespect.....just saying what i see man.

  • @healthybodys - People’s lives are miserable- so much, that they watch videos to spill their hate. They need counselors for the crap they are dealing with. Keep up the good work.

  • bad form...............horrrrrrrrrinle

  • @SeanPatterson1987 not sure what horinle form is, but if you could elaborate a little on how I could improve I would appreciate it.

  • like the style brad and you have awesome aesthetics and symmetry keep it up and good luck

  • like the style brad and you have awesome aesthetics and symmetry keep it up and good luck

  • yeah you should use some roids , some people just can't do it natural

  • Do Work! I'm a Natural Bodybuilder as welll, Gotta give this guy hs props... To the people hating on him... where are your videos of you DLing 405 for reps at such a low BW? Keep up the great work Brad...

  • Thanks so much! You know I will be keeping it up.

  • To all the haters in this post, I would like to see you live a day in the shoes of a natty pro. Brad works his butt off day in and day out, I have seen his conditioning and it is outstanding. Sure he isn't the biggest guy out there, but he does one heck of a job working with what God gave him. Keep doing your thing bradley.

    -Future natty pro Billy Ryan-

  • Thanks Billy, you know what it takes bro, you are living it just like me.

  • I bet he makes the same face when he cums and when he does those deadlifts

  • hey becareful dnt shit ur pants lol

  • eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! OH!

  • A PRO>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>really?????

  • i just watched your stage video...and sorry brad, my jaw failed to drop.

Great condition champ, but you seem very flat in that particular comp, and your genetic lines are not all that aeathetically appealing.

Best of luck with the rest of your comps though buddy, your obviously very keen on the sport, have achieved some success and give it more than most.

  • this isn't 4 real is it....i mean, is the title true, it cant be.....??

  • Once again, to all you haters, it's true. And if you ever get the pleasure of meeting me on stage, with jaw wide open, you will see why.

  • I agree, this is a joke.. Please dont bro

  • this must be a fucking joke what kind of idiot would call this back work out if any work out at all

  • Heavy weight...poor form

  • I agree with you !

Imean it's good, the guy does some kind of sport, but that's not a bodybuilding workout !

The guy does not even look like a bodybuilder, just an athelete !

  • MOG!! lol this is some of the worst form i have ever seen! Pro?? seriously? Wannabeee is more like it.

  • pro bodybuilder??? kinda small no?

  • bodybuilder, not powerlifter.

  • The one arm dumbbell row, not exercuted

right this is an isolation exercise, form very important too much weight destroys the form ...........

  • My friend this is NOT an isolation exercise. Isolation exercises are defined as any movement that involves one joint. Both the shoulder and the elbow are involved in any Rowing motion clearly making this a COMPOUND exercises. You may be correct that the weight is heavy and restricting my ROM, but after your incorrect assessment I must respectfully question your credibility.

  • Okay you are right about the isolation point ,but too much weight destroys good form and that is what it realy is all about am i right ? Okay if you are strong enough

to handle big weights ,but unfortunatly there is still this message thats been around for ages is big weights work ,coll if you have the form right , and from what see on daily basis is young guys busting there bulls withe ridiculas amounts of weight an injury waiting to happen..................

  • i dont believe your pro.

  • dam your pinner

  • i have to say very impressive on the sumo deadlifts, great back exercise. My one recommendation would be to take off the 2 20 lb dumbbells from your single armed rows so you can complete a full rep, just a thought.

  • fk not bad at all for someone that ahs no sheos on while u train lol

  • Good Luck in 2009! From your name-sake!

    Brad Loomis, PGA

    Long Drive Professional

    Harrison, Ohio

  • Thankyou and right back at ya!!

  • are you always switching grips on these exercises or is this a usual back workout for you?

Just to tell you, you are really strong for your size.

  • Thank you Kenny. Sometime I do deadlifts, sometimes rack pulls. Sometimes high reps with lower weight, and vise versa. I change it up quite a bit actually.

  • nice one mate, im natural also, but needing a good workout plan.

  • very good weights!!!

  • THANK YOU! I try to put 110% in every time

  • are you a fuckin gay or someting, look at you your a skinny ass guy, train hardcore you fuckin pussy

  • Thanks oli! Got self esteem issues there yourself or just on some drug rant. Really don't care what you think there bud. Have a nice day :)

  • great form on all exercises.

it's great to see a really good natural lifter training like this.
