Ok so my bf's mother kinda act's like her. She even called me in a angry rage bc her grwon 23 yr old son came to have lunch with me on a day she had off. She expected him to spend it with her so she flipped and gave him the bird and called me bitching. HOW SHE GOT MY # HIM WTF!! yea I could go on for day's on how wierd she and her husband are about him. She even commented that she knows his area size.

Judith Light always delights but this chic was a nightmare had a Mother like that would cut ties with her quicker than velocity. I could never defend someone like that don't care if they are my mother. Over possessive and not much going on with her time but to be suffocating, She had almost a sick and near incestous relationship with her son. Terrible. Thank you for stil posting this.

@WickedandHouse i found it.Her real name was Elizabeth Ann Duncan and her son's name was Frank. Both her and her son sound sicker in real life than this movie. He went home everynight to his mom's when he was married to his wife. He sounds like a real sicko too

Some mothers are creepy just like this. They seem to be in LOVE with their sons. Also some sons are crazy about their mothers. Its creepy. This movie is good but shows how insane some mom/sons relationships are. Rick S has to be what 30 living at home, and his mom comes to his bedroom? When he is a lawyer he should moved out after college.

Judtih Light is versatile, talented, naturally sylish and attractive and enjoyable to watch she is very good. This is the sixth time of seeing this movie. The character that she portrays in this was the last woman to be executed in the gas chamber. How evil and controlling can she be I mean the character not Judith Light.
