Well maybe Jo if you spoke to people people rather then trying to get a social worker to do so people might want to get involved in the political process
May I also add that light olive green dress goes well with her personality? However, I can assure you that Liberal Democrat party is not treating her as little more than window dressing.
Wonderful video.... i wasn't aware of the copyright of videos from Parliament... a simple Creative Commons license would work better. Allow people to share what their MPs are saying.
However blogs can be dangerous especially in the textual format as they allow for unfair clipping of text to use in political campaigning.
Listening to her she sounds like people are on the right track re engagement and technology usage.
She herself though sounds like too much of a social engineer for my liking: more minority candidates etc... so who decides which minorities are important ? I never hear anyone talkjing about bald people, cancer sufferers or Chinese people as minorities: they don't have any choice as to who they are either. This minorities argument always crumbles under analysis. Bravo though on the rest of it.
Quite like the idea of the tagging of content. Hopefully the commitee might consider the use of some form of aggregator website (using rss feeds) to aid engagement.
Also agree that there should be more access to video content, in my opinion it is a must in todays world. It would be very useful to have podcast versions of debates as well... so that anybody could catch up while travelling.
Very impressed that House of Lords is at least looking at adapting to todays world.
you should get the amazing DK from MediaSnackers involved in that training!

Lol. Thanks for that Luke. I think you're gonna have to do a bit more persuading than that though.

It amazes me that our people in power need to be persuaded to embrace modern technology.
