it was probably his older daughter singing, he wrote the 'cinderella' song for all of his girls, from memories hes had with all of them. he finished it before she died.

@rjh4509 The little girl singing was the daughter of their friends. She was killed in a car accident when she was 8, and this song was written in tribute to her. In her memory, Steven added a tape of her singing Jesus Loves Me several years before her death.
