It is highly inappropriate of Ms. Price to claim that her managers were corrupt and allowed an undetermined amount (tons) of controlled substances to enter the country. Such unsubstantiated allegations constitute libel.

The actual record as contained in the transcripts of Ms. Price failed EEO lawsuit against the Customs Service show a completely different picture. In fact the record does not substantiate any of her allegations. Price was ordered to pay costs of defense on losing the case.
