apparantly chuck rehearsed this before with the band, but at the end there was complications and he couldnt use his guitar. they offered him a les paul and he wouldnt use it. Therefore he had to mime it. sad but true. he's still the reason most of the musicians are where they are today. without him there would be none of it.Ultimate respect Chuck.

sorry! english: this is really the _worst_ playback that i ever saw. what the hell do the producers of the show and the "backing"-band think they are playing a shit like that with CHUCK BERRY!? an electric bass on a tune which is played with double-bass, a piano on a tune on which there is none and a guitar player whos shitting around playing powerchords on a traditional blues solo. this is just terribly. show some respect to the master!!!

das ist mit abstand das _beschissenste_ playback was ich jemals gesehen habe. was zur hölle denken sich die produzenten und die scorpions dabei so einen haufen müll mit chuck berry zu spielen? ein ebass bei einem track mit kontrabass, ein klavier wo keins ist, und ein gitarrist der nur powerchords über ein traditionelles blues solo schrabbelt. einfach nur erbärmlich. zeigt dem meister gefälligst ein bischen respekt!!!!!

Es war ja geplant,dass er live spielt. Allerdings hatten sie dann für ihn keine ES-345 da, sondern nur eine Les Paul, und mit dieser wollte er nicht spielen, was man ja auch verstehen kann. Wer schon immer mit ES-Modellen auftritt spielt dann nicht einfach mit einer LP ;)
