@mykel77 No, they were pre-rendered 2D sprites (done by computer rather than hand-drawn) with the data stored on a hard drive inside the arcade cabinet. The technology was done by Silicon Graphics, who also did the same tech for the Donkey Kong Country series and worked on some of the CG work used in "Jurassic Park"

Orchid's second Fatality is a variation on the Sabrecat linker, at least in the N64 port. Can't seem to pull it off in the Arcade though

My favourite characters in MK9 and KI2 is : Sektor, Noob and Cyrax (MK9) and Fulgore (KI2) because they have cruel finishing moves (a.k.a. Fatalities or (KI2) No Mercy)!!!!

Well done. I've never had ki arcade, ki 2, or ki gold. I've always had the crummy snes version and my cousins would always tell me about the other ki's. This, though not the version I had during childhood, still brings back so many memories... :-P

@MattLA Fire Cat Ultimate Combo? As I mentioned the description, I don't recall ever seeing her have two finishing moves (the tonfa scorcher being the one). If it's an Ultra Combo you mean, I am awful at the game, so I am thrilled I could pull off a basic Ultra Combo. :-)
