Thank you very much for this tutorial; I built off this tutorial to apply the actual ExGFX to my Hack.

I am enjoying my Yoshi's Island-style Castles. =D

Hey uhm, question:

When I insert ExGFX in my ROM, will I be able to use them AND the standart Mario stuff aswell?

So in this case, like, using the stuff he used and the normal slopes stay in the map16 somewhere so I can use both type of slopes??

Please respond, somebody who knows it, 'cause I'm making this hack and couldn't figure it out till now...

I put my ExGFX in the rom every thing is fine, I use the bypass, still fine, but when I put in the Map16 pages and click on the Lunar Magic window the background glitches. What did I do wrong?

Hint: You can also delete everything on the level by clicking CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE.

Or just by pressing DELETE

Then you will still have exits, everything off-layer, and prolly some other stuff left, and you'd have to select everything.

CTRL+SHIFT+DEL clears the level.

Umm, I was trying to do the slants, but one of the tiles doesn't complete the slant. It just makes you fall through. What do I do?

What if you can't press F3? I have this Microsoft Keyboard that has these different functions (like Undo, Redo, Save, etc.), so it won't let me use the normal F commands.

Well, your editing grass. could I simply take , say that grass file, delete every thing, and make completly different stuff?

you could, but you would have to make your own map 16... yeah and if youve ever done that you know its a pain in the butt.

To delete everything, just press Ctrl+Delete

lol then you wouldent know where to draw what.. you need to know where to draw things for the map16 file.
