I just got my gymboss in, and in the past two weeks of JNL workouts I have lost two inches around my waist... What size weights do you use for these workouts. And thank you so much for the inspiration you give everyone. I have been on a weight loss journey for 8mths now just doing workout vids at home and have lost 30lbs, I know that it is hard to keep going and you give me hope because I too have about 40 more to go to be really fit like you.
