Lol pretty whacked. A superhuman demo would have been as it says in the old gung-fu training manuals for Buddha palm. A small accomplishment is punching or striking a hole in a concrete wall. A large accomplishment is taking the wall down with one strike. That would be truly superhuman. But the only people alive that can do stuff like that today, for the most part, are living in the mountains somewhere or are mainly recluses or teaching in small non descript location anonymously.
