But when President Obama needs money to finance the government (which includes all of the spending bills + tax cuts the Bush Administration implemented) Congress refuse. So it is okay to use tax payer money to invade a country than to use tax payer money on TARP or other stimulus packages? Govt has to run budget deficits in a recession, it's normally and imperative.

Republicans was OK to raise the debt ceiling for President Bush and to give him blank checks to invade Iraq. But when President Obama needs money to finance the government (which includes all of the spending bills + tax cuts the Bush Administration implemented) Congress refuse. So it is okay to use tax payer money to invade a country than to use tax payer money on TARP or other stimulus packages? Govt has to run budget deficits in a recession, it's normally and imperative.

My question is how much debt we will have by 2021. Current national debt is about $ 15 Trillion. Super comiittee is set to accomplish budget cut of $ 1.5 Trillion, $ 150 billion / yr. Just this year 2011, we spent $1.5 Trillion more than revenue. What insurance do we have that this great nation will last after 30 yrs with snowballing debt? I hope Congress and President speak on simple math term that make sense. Way I see it there are bunch of idiots in DC.

Last time i checked he isn't part of the Legislative branch, and thus all laws are drafted through CONGRESS. Btw he doesn't favor legalizing prostitution, or legalizing weed. He lets the states decide. That means, your state legislators, and the majority of your neighbors must agree to that.

Many in the business community (the real economy/source of jobs) feel the uncertainty in regulation and expense of Health care reform are creating an uncertainty that paralyzes pursuit of growth and increasing employment. As a relevant reference, there's Steve Wynn's last rant about Obama being the biggest wet blanket over business. They already feel there's a gangsta in the big house. Maybe the best plan he could offer to the economy is a moratorium on "plans".

3. The Fed is running out of bullets. More liquidity will not fix the structural problem of excessive debt without private sector growth. The financial markets are correcting for a reason. The money-printing induced market rise since 2009 is over. The drug addict markets need another fix for 2012 - QE3 is next. How many more - QE4? QE5? How much debasement of the currency will do the job? Gold is at $1900. You can have your US treasuries - I'll take gold.
