Also, the team that developed Installer is no longer together and so none of their apps that need constant updating wll work (one of which being Installer). If you'd like, can download Rock from Cydia which is 10x better than Cydia.

If you have winterboard just select a theme then deselct it and press the home button. If not then download Respring for Cydia.

You have to jailbreak your iPod. If it's the 2G then watch my vid on how to do it. Then you'll get Cydia. Then follow this video to get Installer 4.0. Make sure to subscribe for more vids.
