a way to beat the unit cap is to fill up all your unit caps so you cannot build anymore and then cal in the drop supports:infantry, apcs,warthogs etc and then by doing that you can get infinite soldiers or until your bored XD but yea thats a way of beating the system

Someone already answered this for you, but never buy a strategy game for any console - always pick them up for the PC, way more fun, barely ever any restrictions plus mods and cheats to remove those restrictions and/or make the game even more fun.

I think u should off dug in all ur infantry and researched composite armor and place snipers and machine gun towers. NO NOD INFANTRY WOULD HAVE BROKEN TROUGH. The gun towers would cut infantry to pieces if black hand or rocket militants would charge the snipers would take them out. if they advanced the dug in infantry would make short work of the waves of nod infantry.

@R5T1S well you missed first: the comando is a super unit trained for that second snipers teams are light infantry three if you was agree to use only light infantry why you was creating misile squads and remember the bunkers of the riflemans squads dude
