That why Baez wont let her take the stand cuz he knows she is GUILTY!!

Hypothetically if she wouldn't have killed her daughter asdide from ALL the rage,anger,frustration,with passion burning out her eyes ,Baez would tell her to get her ass on the bench , but since this is NOT the case here. he like sit cho ass down and be quiet and se like.....ok.------

Death to Casey she does not need to continue enjoying the fruits(all things of the Earth) NOT one more day. Caylee only played 2 years.

I'm not going to get into this to much ... I have been wrongfully arrested and every one from the cops all the way to the judge did every thing they could, including destroying my car looking for something they never found. All charges were eventually dropped, 3 cops lost their job and i am still kicking myself for not bringing wrongful arrest suite against these cops. I was young and stupid though.

@tr as for Baez and Ashton though, i think they are very different. Ashton works for the state and wants to see criminals put in jail..Baez was a failed bikini salesman who became a lawyer to defend DUI's...they are both lawyers wanting to "win" but their motivations are quite different in my opinion.

Let's all go back to Monday, when Casey came out she was all smiles and happy along with the defense because they were sure the psych/psy were going to say she was incompetent to stand trial. She just knew she had fooled and manipulated them but they all got the shock of their lives and how did their demeanors change when she was found competent

Defenses main job here is to show reasonable doubt, or in this case reasonable confusion, and contradiction. When this goes to the jury I'm convinced at least 1 of the jury members will be confused enough to find reasonable doubt.
