i have an m audio oxygen 8 v2 and i wanna hook up a talk box to it but it doesn't have a phone or a out put port for the quarter inch cable it has a sustain port could i use that to run the talk box the reason i choose this board is its compact 25 keys,or whats this port for. Please help thanks noid@netzero.net

I'm new to this and just bought a banshee but totally phailed at getting it to work....I wan't to sing through it on some songs my friends and i made and My question now that i've seen this is.....do you absolutly NEEd a mic or will it work just from the keyboard to the talkbox to the amp and in your mouth....cuz I still need to get a mic and all i have is some crappy mics and a recording mic.... xD

uhh... my keyboard sounds like the shit of hell through a rocktron banshee. anyway I'm using Native Instruments FM8 VSTi on my computer and tapping the letters on the computer keyboard to get the tones. sigh... i hope i get enough money so buy a microkorg soon...

wow thanks my grandma had a keyboard she didnt use and i wanted a talkbox so i did think hers would work cause i thought that it would have to be a certain expensive kind to work but after i watched this i look in the back of the keyboard and it had everything yours has so yea im good and my keyboard has over 100 song 100 sound effects and 50 noises so thanks

You can find so f*(king gold in some of those places. I just picked up a microkorg for 185.00+tax.

You can also get your sounds through a VST on the computer if your keyboard dosnt have good sounds. you can also make the VST's play in mono. jus run the keyboard as midi. ive goten some really good sounds from various vst's. Your videos have helped alot! Thanks
