haha that meter is not accurate, theres no way it can go that fast, even if the engine is modified to a bigger horsepower one, the body will not take it, it will break down.

@liltuckk you are chatting some serious shite my friend... these chinese scooters WILL do 50mph i have been clocked doing it on my exact same bike, take out all restrictors and spacers from variator etc and sports exhaust (leo vince) K&N air filter + 98 jet and mine hits more like 54 whereas it would do 28mph standard...

@marehamjoe2 i know it is possible,i have one and i live in china my friend dont try and be too smart here.Look at the video yourself,does it look real?If it has the power to rev up to 50mph in less than 10 seconds,the front of the bike will flip up because of the g-force.I live in China, and i have one,I think i am in a stronger position to say things here,I am from Malaysia and i speak fluent Chinese.I own a GY6 4-stroke moped too, it goes up to 60mph after about 13 seconds of open throttle.

@marehamjoe2 I had 3 same mopeds while living in China. In China, all the mopeds might look the same, but the engine size is different. I put a 200cc engine in one of my 125cc body, and in about 2 weeks the moped started breaking down, suspesion couldnt take it, oil leakage and everything. Stop being a smartass. I know my shit

@kb3gjp123 no i checked it out with mine to. is off, but only 1 mph for every 10 read (10=9, 20=18, 30=27, 40=36, 50=45). i took my gps with me to find out and i can do 50+ against wind, slight tune of course

@combat331 i have one this fast also. 44mm piston kit, shaved head, grinded out ports for better flow, and 5 gram sliders. ngk plug, and a cone air filter. stock exhaust, stock jet, stock carb, stock clutch bell and variator. and to think that there is a 52mm kit!

I had a chinese scooter that flew like that too. Turns out they imported a load of 72cc scoots and said they were 50cc. Mine was. Eveything on the plate on the frame said it was a 50cc, but I pulled the head to put a big valve head on and it turned out to be 72cc. I returned the 50cc head and got a 72cc one.

hey it's very easy you remove the variator shield and then you got a bolt you can only remove with an airprussed bolt machine then you remove the strap then you can see a ring you just remove that,and put all the other pieces back together (REMEMBER WHERE THE PIECES IS BELONGING) and then your scooter can drive about 50- 60 km/t :)

@mih666him limits speed, or limits the rev? cdi has nothing to do with speed. stock cdi limits rev, not speed. bad idea to "snap" (snip) the wire for a stock 4-stroke. cutting the wire gives you more speed only because you are over revving the stock engine. not only that but stock cdi not meant to go past where it was limited. thats why it was limited. do it right and go buy a performance or race cdi if you want to rev higher. but dont get the cdi until after you get some kind of bore kit first.

i have a similar Chinese scooter 50cc and drilled out the main jet in the carb. its pretty quick now i pegged the speedometer. it could never do that before. it did tend to bog down on acceleration and found it ran better if i disabled the accelerator pump on the carb. im very happy with my scoot :)

The transmission area never seems to get that hot, but then when going on 15-20 mile journies, I tend to run it at about 3/4 throttle (48-53 mph).
