I saw this today at the Melbourne International Film Festival, and absolutely loved it. It was such a moving film, and the sushi - oh boy, it looked amazing!
Really inspriring movie - Jiro never quits in his quest to learn more, seek perfection, challenge himself - and he's been making Sushi for 75 years. Saw the movie at the Auckland Film Festival. Brilliant.
