Streching can be done after training , nor before, cause it`s more possible you``ll hurt while streching , plus, you are doing the warm up , by streching you are cooling down...
You really should foam roll the whole body everyday regardless of whether or not you are doing a full body workout or even working out that day (IMHO). Thanks for the post.
No real secrets here, but good info to share for those who don't put much merit into a warm-up. Definitely an important part of a workout. Any warm-down ideas?

Good media literature though man! This is exactly the kind of warm-up I do. I took my information from Thomas Kurz's "Scientifically Stretching." Have you read this book? If so, what do you think of it? I was quite impressed.
