It takes a real foot soldier to go into a real blues neighborhood and lay it down thick.. Guardians of the blues are hard to impress, you cant bullshit your way through it..
Thats the blues; people chillin, drinkin, music playin. A man doing his thing for the joy of doing it. No media coverage, no spotlight, just a raw and pure human expression.
Adam, you are one of the best... and a great contributor to the evolution of music, specifically the blues. I thank you for your selfless efforts and sharing of knowledge. Btw... an outstanding performance!!!!
Love it, nothing like our good old down home country towns. I know they were loving it. Great job Adam, they are fortunate to have you in that part of the country.
Now THIS is the kind of "Occupy" to which I can relate. Man, OCCUPY that Blues Alley and TESTIFY about the blues! I'm PROTESTING that there's not enough Adam G in this troubled world. BLESS YOU, Adam!
@GOLONDRINAS18: I plug my mic (Shure PE5H) into a Boss DD3 digital delay pedal, then split the output and run it into two amps--in this case, a HarpGear2 and a 1956 Fender Bassman (not a reissue, but the real thing). I rarely use a 4 x 10" amp, but playing outdoors, where I needed to move air, gave me a chance to pull it out of the closet.
Awesome!

@Slears: I don't look at it that way. I view myself as the drummer in the village. I'm the soundtrack behind the good time everybody is having.
