It runs on the same operating system as the iPhone/Touch, and uses the same solid state drives.

All it has to it's credit is a 1.0 GHz processor, a bigger screen, and a virtual keyboard.

It literally is just a big iPhone/Touch. Sure, Apple will probably come out with some interesting software, but it still doesn't justify the price.
