Goodman & her co-host could've asked Bugliosi any number of important questions, such as the one about the "national security" alibi Bush would invoke if he were ever tried for the crime of murder. Couldn't Bush and his legal team argue that a foreign policy blunder is not the same thing at all as first degree murder? I'd have been interested in Bugliosi's answer to that, but alas, such a question was never asked.
