Scanno, My great grandfather was from there, he came to the usa and was a taylor in chicago, and from the sound of it also subcontracted to make pants for the troops in ww1, along with cubs uniforms and suits for many rich people in chicago, Anna Marie his last living daughter and husband visited there a few years ago but could only find his name in the churches baptism record and no other family as well as got to see where he went to school. but I would have though the place not as plain as is.
