nicely done! looks good. tested offshore? just a proove of concept i think, but what´s the output? should be enough to load a phone or torch.
about the 100 mil. $ quastion. mhh.. i´m thinking about ratchets. but o.k. i don´t really know how it works. i got a theory right now. in my head it works ;) but i think it´s not the same solution that you have made.
