(I) This is one of the best video of jajce I have seen on YouTube so far. You should make it "episode" style presentation where you focus on different part(s) and cultural heritage(s) of the city in each succeeding episode. Can't wait for you next part. That is, I hope there will be a "next" part :)
If i may critique your video and give you some tips for succeeding ones since, I like where you are going with it:
(II) 1. Show the subject (city) in its best light. -- Film it at sunrise/sunset (blue sky) and make sure you show it's night lightning too. Remember that first impression is the most important. You don't get a second chance of making the "first" impression ;)
(III) 2. Show the subject from different perspectives. -- Not everybody knows you location and its surrounding. Also, what is the first thing you do when you get someplace new? You take a look around don't you? Therefore do the same in you presentation. Different angels (panning perhaps) and appropriate use of your zoom will avoid a "claustrophobic" feeling to you presentation.
(IV) 3. Don't be a distraction yourself. -- The video is about the city, not you. You are there to "complement" the video and "lead" the viewers eyes to your subject not to distract them from the subject. In other words, you being in the video should entice your viewers to focus at your "general" direction which leads to the subject instead of focusing at you and away of the subject.
(V) Here too, camera work is a big factor. Appropriate panning/cropping and zoom has to be used to "convey" the effect. Smooth verbal presentation will immerse your audience and be less destructive as well (see "voice-over" below).
(VI) 4. A picture is worth a thousand words. -- Don't overwhelm you audience with "words". Let the "subject" (city) speak for itself. Every so often show some nice scenes with background music and let the audience "take it all in" for a few moments before you go on with you verbal presentation.
(VII) 5. Do a voice-over. -- DO NOT speak into the camera. It betrays you as the "subject" instead of someone "presenting" the subject. Do a voice-over instead. That will allow you, among other things, to be much more effective when it comes to the verbal part of your presentation since, you are not putting yourself "on the spot" and, more flexible since you can reverse it as many times as you want.
(VIII) Also, the quality of your verbal presentation will have a big impact on effectiveness of you whole presentation. In fact, its one of the "make or break" factors and should be as good as possible which, unless you are a master speaker will only be possible with a voice-over because of aforementioned reasons.
In the clip about "Stjepan Tomasevic" in front of his skeleton, you are virtually dominating the scene. All my attention was on you trying you best at presenting what looked to me like a memorized paragraph. It completely distracted me from the "subject" (Stjepan Tomasevic's skeleton) of you visual presentation which, is why you were there for in the first place (to show the skeleton) -right?
(X) Also, I had difficulty following the "rough" verbal presentation (from you being nervous and trying to remember the facts) detailing the "subject's" (Stjepan Tomasevic's) past as well. Now, to add insult to the injury, the scene itself is static and, being in confined and dark interior, it feels somewhat claustrophobic. THAT is everything you are NOT supposed to do, all rolled into one scene.
(XI) Tip: Start the clip showing the immediate interior surrounding the Stjepan Tomasevic's skeleton BUT without showing the actual skeleton. Introduce yourself into the scene by walking up to the skeleton. You should be in the opposite side of the skeleton in that video crop, leading the viewers eyes toward it). Walk to it (make sure you are not covering the view of the skeleton) and start observing it.
(XII) The camera should then slowly pan around focusing on the skeleton and perhaps taking some detail by zooming in. This is a good time to perhaps bland-in some history-style photographs relating to Stjepan Tomasevic as well. Do a voice-over for the vocal presentation part of the video afterwards at home. That will allow you to be very calm and fluid ("smooth") since you can read from a written note and, practice it as many times as you need to get it right.
(XIII) Things like those will help you immerse your viewers into the "subject" of you presentation instead becoming the subject yourself. They will also make you video much more professional, leaving you audience wanting more. After all, isn't that your primary goal with this presentation - to attract them to your city?
The clip that showed you walking in the background towards the stone gate, nice music, some background street noise and, voice-over comment about the "cevapcici" was VERY GOOD!
I hope my critic did not come over too harsh because it is not my intention to "put you down" but to help you make you a good tour-video even better. I would gladly give you more tips (before or after publishing) if you so wish.
