This procedure is called FAE stands for follicular anal extraction in other words anal hair is removed and transplanted onto the scalp most people only know about the FUE which stands for follicular unit extraction well known worldwide. Because Roony had a very poor donor area ( hair on the back and side of the head ) he opted for the FAE procedure in my opinion the only downside is the bad smell however I believe he must spray deodorant on the hair every morning
