  • fuck i could catwalk that thing better than my quad

  • Cool vid. Sounds good. Just subbed :)

  • i have the sameish tractor with a 18 hp twin cylinder brigs in it runs so nice, i just have to put a new starter in it when i crank the engine, it sounds like the battery is dead so i put a new battery in it and charged it, and still the same, i dont want to spend $100+ on a toy, so until it stops working it stays, just thought id share that with everyone :P

  • i got the same one ill make a vid of it i got no exhaust on it workin on it just comein straight out the cylinder

  • what kind of engine and how much horsepower?

  • i i am thinking of buying the same engine but in 14hp nut the only thing is that its propain :( even still i want to buy it and swich it over. its a really good price but i cant find a gas carburator for it, actualy i cant find any parts. could u help he find the part? do u know where i could get one?

  • sounds nice, u shud put it on a racing kart man! ;) have a look at my kart vid, tell me what u think :)

  • yo man u gota a throttle cable or pedal hooked up

  • Nice! put that on ur goped! lol :)

  • you really need to put a new vid so we can see it running and driving

  • wicked nice

  • lol sounded like a big V-8 engine.... and sounds nice too, you should run 2 straight pipes upward

  • Is that thing really loud?

  • i have that same engine goin on a go kart. im just not sure how to gear it to the tranny....

  • I got a Briggs 18hp opposed twin and it sounds a lot like that.

  • thats cuz its the same motor, lol.

mines says 19hp but thats bullshit its still the same briggs 42ci block.

  • thats because it is an opposed twin cylinder L-head engine, not a V twin...

  • sounds like a crappy car

  • like a old VW bug HAHAH

  • is there a voltage regulator on that engine?

  • yep, and a diode to convert ac lamp coil current into dc charging current, and to prevent the battery from draining back through the coil while not running...

  • when you put a regulater on the engine the lights on the tracter stay the same consistant brightness right? what store can you buy yhe diode and the regulator from?

  • um i guess try ur local lawnmower shop and ask for a "kohler type regulator", the diode idk.

  • you can use a regulator from a motor cycle

try going to a local motor bike shop and ask for a 12v regulator/

  • do you know store you can buy the regulator and diode from? when a voltage regulator is on the engine the voltage stays consistant right

  • do the head lights stay consistant

  • yup

  • where i the regulator located on the engine?

  • nice, chek out my B&S opposed twin. I want to make a louder exaust on mine too.

  • i have that same twin motor but the intake is broke

  • hey hows that coming? get it to put out 26hp yet? how fast do you go now you should post a video

  • well, rite now its out for paint:( but now that its warm out:) as soon as i get it back ima get lots of vids (aswell as MANY other vehicles too!)

  • what kind of exaust is that?? it sounds nice. beller than my crappy 18hp...

  • ahaha, well, at that point of the build i was running no headers but i dont reccomend it because you can burn up your exhaust valve(s). i wuz just running it for testing purposes only, now i have some pipes on it. it does sound cool tho

  • i would LOVE to have an opposed twin

  • nice i have a 19hp on my mower except my mower is a murray. its a little big but its nice.

  • wat did u do to it

  • ought to make a movie driving it around your yard, looks like it will get to a pretty decent speed

  • yea im gonna once i get some snow

  • Gotta love the sound of the twin cyl engines

  • yea theyre pretty mean, i wonder what it would sound like with step or megaphone pipes haha

  • hey i have the same kind of motor but i always have trouble with starter gears. do you?

  • haha, yea! it just eats em left & right! so far im on my 3rd and i havent even had the motor very long! i wish it had a metal gear like the vanguards. but atleast they are pretty universal so getting them is easy.

  • wat do u do with the old motor

  • ah i sold it, needed the money for transmission parts

  • is that a racing lawn mower

  • yep. people say 45-50 but from driving it id say 40

  • that is the same motor i have on mine

  • Purdy cool.

  • What the??? That is a bad ass machine. Is that ytour lawn mower or what? I dont mean to be ignorant but if that thing cuts lawns and sounds and runs like that holy shit.

  • damn that has a bad ass cackle sound to it. Nice work.

  • niiice..... so ive seen al your videos.. haha.. im likin this one... i got an old mastercraft rider.. its in pretty rough shape but its super low to the ground and really quite long.. im gonna mod it up for a big twin pretty similar to yours... hope it sounds as good :P... got anything else done thus far? should update

  • i have four briggs l head 18 hp motors like that but black runs very good and they r for sale cheap and i have a vanguard 14 hp v twin engine i need help on not getting gas i checked the fuel pump and cleaned carb and hooked up the electric silanoid but wount stay running if i put eaitherin it it runs for a few secounds can any one help me on this proublem ?

  • Im using a 18HP twin briggs on my 94 Murray - currently ive used the stock pipes w/o the muffler- it points it down and out the front , right under the hood- idles nice n smooth - just have to hook my foot throttle up. At the moment- its hitting the mid 40mph mark.

  • yea, mine likes to surge alot in idle. (not once i remove the governor!)

  • hey i had a twin just like that but i didnt idle right s so i gave it away plus i put desil in it i nevre liked those twin cylinders but urs seems to run ok

  • Sweeeet i wanna hear that tank with the pipes!!

  • thanks, i just finished makin some pipes, im gonna post a vid now

  • sounds awesome!

  • ohh i didnt know that, thats sweeettt

  • not really, most of the time you only have to worry about burning the exhaust valves on the 5 horse horizontal motors

  • nice, you wernt afraid of smokin a valve or anything running open heads like that?

  • I can get a 16 hp flat for $200. I GOT to bargain them down a bit. Thats what I need for my next project. Sounds awsomwe.

  • thanks man, i had it running befor, but it was boggin out when u hit the throttle, but i richened it up a bit and now it runs like a champ

  • finally sucess haha sounds damn good too dude!! well done
