You must lower the cage, then push it in on the button in front of the exit whilst avoiding or fighting enemies.

Corporation worker? It grants you extra EXP.

It's because of the special costume which gives infinite magic.
I too have screwed around trying to escape this room to no avail. The first one is interesting though... perhaps its worth another round of testing.

I did this stuff a day ago... same results. The walls there always seems to push me out but perhaps my positioning is wrong.

From my experiences, Kratos and any sort of round or unstable surfaces do not mix. I'm not sure if the seemingly straight areas of the wall hold up either, since the ornative frames of those niches are around. They might have the same effect.
The first looks very promising. Another marvelous find.
