@toydigger I follow your logic toydigger, however the Terminator has a nuclear power core! It would have to vent that heat somewhere or it would explode. Predator would see this heat plume I think. The T-1000 I don't know. Thermal sees changes in temp so if T-1000 is a slightly different temperature (liquids usually are) than the solid backgrounds ( walls roads jungle etc.) T-1000 would become visible.

Well, I actually did it and what can I say that baically Predator's armour may be stronger just because is not durable for alien blood (by the way, not always and may assume Terminator's is couse it's metal probably from earth). However, it is still weak for strong hits. On the other hand, not all predator body is covered by armour while Terminator itself is an armour. So it's big advantage. And predator's diffensive cababilitie we saw in first movie, there he was seriously
