I hate saying this being a 18yr practioner of Shaolin Kempo. It is the most watered down style of Martial Arts available. It has no lineage that makes any sense, no structure from school to school, it is one big unorganized mess. I did not realize this until I ventured in other arts. I have since studied Aikido, Kali, and Wing Chun. I think if you have a good martial artist for a teacher you can safely defend yourself and have fun but it is one unorganized mess of a Martial Art.
