I grew up a few minutes from the danish/german border. They are only planning to put customs on the largest 3 of many border crossings. As shown in the video, anyone carrying illegal goods in or out of the country, could use any one of these never controlled borders. These smaller borders weren't even guarded before schengen so passing a law like this is more of an attempt to scare off criminals then to actually prevent them from operating.
