This is great! Also, I think the English conquer at guitar in my opinion. You have Allan Holdsworth, Robert Fripp, Jimmy Page, Ritchie Blackmore, John Mclaughlin, and many others.
Great work, but I don't think playing the scales and patterns over the left hand pattern seem to work. Even though this piece is very influenced by jazz, it's also very classical in nature. EMO took out the "swing" in most places. Try to pattern your improvisation using the original melody as your mold, that way it will fit harmonically.
Awesome!

Very talented and I wish you could use a different setting on your camera. It is quite distracting.

My Mother is 87, Canadian.
She kicks ass.
Her Moonlight Sonata is brilliant.
And her idea of Benny Goodman on Piano?
Outstanding.

Woah that was weird. If that was improvisation, I have to say that was amazing.
Ok wait nevermind. I figured out how to solo over that and make it sound good. C Locrian.

Nice job! Tarkus is one of my favorite pieces and I really like your performance. The ad lib portions fit well too.
