Chiropractic has really helped me with these issues. I would see a good chiropractor who specializes in subluxation correction and posture improvement for this.
hi i have APT and also forward head posture.. i'm playing basketball and planning to do plyometric exercise. will this help? i also do some bodyweight exercise for the upper body and some stretches.. will this treat my problem?
@EricMichaelRemo In sort NO! You really need to get yourself off to a proper trainer that can work with you one to one if you can as otherwise you are trying to put helpful or functional exercises on top of a disfunctional body.

@EricMichaelRemo Not from my experience no. A good physical therapist, physio, ART therapist, functional movement screen trained trainer all should be able to help. I will do an updated video on this very soon so subscribe and you will be notified
Hi I have APT should I do lots of exercise to strengthen the hamstring/abs and stretches the quads and hip flexors, should i avoid lunges and squats?? thanks
@bocap1980 hard to say but just start with body weight lunges and squats and ensure that your knee tracking is straight on the lunges and knees are driving out on squats.
Hi I have the pelvic tilt. I was wondering if only super tight quads can cause your pelvis to tilt? Because I've been stretching everything and the only muscle that's been giving me problems is the quads. (I feel a stretch there just by kneeling and rotating my pelvis back with abs and glutes). Thx
@Koshkesh88 Yes if you hip flexors and quads are tight then stretching them as shown on the video can help lots, well that combined with lots of foam rolling
@Koshkesh88 its not quads mostly ,its the hip flexors of which only 1 is a quadriceps.Stretching and strengthening may not work at all,its never been shown by research to affect joint position anywhere. Its more a motor control issue, very low level of muscle recruitment over the whole day. Also ,it may be anatomical, for eg I had an extreme lordosis from early childhood and no physio treatment ever changed that.
@billysue2 Thanks for the reply. I have now fixed my diagnosed APT. Stretching combined with a well formed exercise schedule and some specialist massage solved it.

my shoulders curve but my lower back is not rounded, its flat. Is that posterior pelvic tilt? Same exercises?

@ObiWan346 No that sounds more like kyphosis so have a look at the shoulder rehab/prehab exercises on my blog to fix that

Excellent demonstration,
great for improving posture and balance.
Also found your band pull exercises very good for the same thing: (Band Pulls for better shoulder strength and health).
