first you need halo custom edition and go to halomaps . org and search teletubbies, find the map, download it, and then search for my "how to play halo ce maps" video for the rest.

are the tellbubby skins .TGA

if they are then you can give them team colors

, just simple use gimp2 to edit the skins and make the parts you want to be the team color

black and white and the put the Eraser Opacity too 50 and brush the parts you want to be team colors...them save the skin as a TGA
