Would Jr. have been penalized for .11 (if in fact that is true). Hell no! Neither would Johnson, Gordon, or Stewart. JPM showed the world that he can drive any kind of car at any venue. He handled himself awesome in the post race interview considering all that happened. Imagine that being Stewart or Ky Bush. They'd be crying like nobody's business. The question is was he speeding? He had a 5 mph buffer and he went OVER that amount. Doesn't matter if it's .0000001 mph over or 10 mph over....speeding is speeding. His dumbass should have been WAY under the 55 mph with that good of a car.
