  • Where's the "Jaws" theme when you need it?

  • wat setup are you using?

  • Sweet vid man. Helped me a bit in getting my first two lakers at the opener yesterday both 19" both trolling shiners. Found them in 7 fow. Funny thing was trolled two in a row out of the same area literally...but no others. Best part was trolling up a smallie on the drop of the flat where I found the lakers, caught 20 or so all over three pounds with the largest a hair under 6 pounds! Thise smallies really stack up in that place huh!

  • @lowaccord66 Glad I was able to help in some sorta small way and congrats on a great day!

  • 0:47 the water is slick as buttah.

  • Another awesome video. I love it. What gate were u fishing out of? I tried 43 for lakers early this year, nothing, so i resorted to smallie fishing.:)

  • @YETIVIDS

    Thanks man!

It was gate 31 but that was back early spring when the water was cold now with the warmer temps I'd go gate 8. I never hit 43 but want to try it.

  • Hell yeah I love quabbin 15 mins away from some of the the best fishing in mass cant beat it

  • great video man. i sure hope this whole zebra mussel thing is over soon. its pretty bad when they're making so many precautions for a species that can't even survive in Quabbin

  • @wsJoe2012

    Thanks!

I heard and read the same exact thing, they have gone way overboard with the restrictions. I'd love to be able to launch my boat at other lakes without having to pay and take time out of work for a state cleaning and a inspection. If it wasn't such a great fishery and so scenic it would not be worth the hassle.
