@ITsIMP0RT4NT no, that's a 2009 civic si with a type r conversion kit...which ranges in somewhere between 4-8k and then don't forget the nice expensive wheels, tires and suspension :P lol. this guy spent a lot of money on the looks of his car, which he did quite well, might i add.
