Sudden introduction of levels to the game REQUIRING THE PURCHASE OF THE MIGHTY EAGLE TO COMPLETE, effectively constituting unfair change of terms would probably count as rip-off. However, the cheat eagle is an entirely optional item, so your accusation is thoughtless and unfounded!

Instead, how about being grateful that for your one-time fee of $0.99 (what a rip-off, eh) the game just keeps on giving 'cause new content is added?
