  • question!!!! can you connect these stantons to a mixer and then to a computer to be used on traktor or such?

  • @MrNicothechico Check out Traktor scratch pro 2, Traktor scratch Duo 2, Intimidation touch and the Serato SL range - these are all compatible.

  • good video, could you tell me what mixer you were using? thanks :)

  • @dexta5522 The mixer being used is the Stanton SA-12 DJ Craze Signature Mixer. That particular model has now been discontinued so you will only be able to find one second hand.

  • What sample is this from ??? Awesome Video!!

  • is it possible to download or save this file??? i dont have internet at home and wanna do this at home? thanks

  • @Trandall1992

yeah because the effect is in time with the beat. if the song is 140bpm the flange will go at that speed. if you were to manually spin the wheel at 65 bpm the flange would "flange" at 65 bpm

  • hello how do you adjust the jog wheel sensitivity i want to make mine less sensitivity

  • Just trying to learn how to use my c314s could anyone please explain how in vinyl mode can i end a tune with it just slowing down naturally instead of stoping abrubtly.any info would be greatly received.

  • Set pitch range at 100% with key lock turned of then drag pitch slider to 100. It will stop naturally.

  • im thinking of getting one of these what is the pitch resolution like? i have two technic 1210s at the moment and im looking to build on my set up with some affordable cdjs

  • Pitch controls are so good on these decks!

  • yes, i have this setup, if you pause the vid at 1:13, you can see the 6 effect buttons and a buttone underneath which says "outer jog", when selected you can adjust the effects by moving the outer part of the jog wheel, but if you move the jog wheel from the top it still only effects the pitch control.... really really good decks

  • wats peoples opinion on this compared to the kam kcdj mp300 i have two and after looking at this the mp300s' seem simpler and have more effects although the scratch doesnt respond well at very low speed wen turning the jog wheel and i like the multi-effects thing but i still prefer the mp300

  • HEY I HAVE 2 1200'Smk5 AND 2 Stanton C.314's and the Behringer DDM 4000 and i love it looking to get the sp-555

  • hahaha that is so off the hook! I wish I could afford it.

  • whats the point of this? why don't you play music instead of making wikiwiki noises?

  • get off the computer grandma

  • maybe because creative people with creative minds have learned different ways to create and manipulate music and without the use of turntables, there might not have even been the revolution of hip-hop music.

why do people that have no interest in it watch the videos only to mock them?

  • I'm considering getting a pair of these

I sold my technic 1210's and records about 2 years ago and the erj to get mixing again is getting to me! haha

Silly question but does it rig up to a computer easliy for saving mixes, burning to disc etc..?

  • yo nice demo i might get 1! can someone please tell me the name of the track used in ths demo. thanks

  • i have one turntable and a mixer being delievered to my house. I want to get into djing. My question is do i have to get another turntable to mix tracks or does the Stanton c314 have the capabilty for me to mix tracks with one turntable.? I want to play a track while another one is being cued up to play....

  • If you have had one turntable and a mixer delivered, then this will work with your Stanton C 314 cd player. You will be able to play either the track on your cd player, or from your new turntable, and cue with the other one. Your Stanton C 314 does not have the ability to play two songs off the same cd. This is a feature unique to Denon models.

  • these turntables are incredible

  • what would be a good mixer to go along with two c.314's that isn't too expensive? I'm not just starting up as a DJ, but i haven't been doin it for that long either

  • The Urei range of mixers we have are a great addition to a pair of Stanton C.314's or the Behringer DDM 4000 is another favourite here at HTFR.

  • DAMMIT! I LIVE IN EUROPE (GREECE) AND I CAN`t FIND A Site WHICH SHIPS THAT SET!!! PLZ IF SOMEONE KNOWS PM ME!!!

    (amazon and djdeals sucks!)

  • HTFR ship worldwide, including to Greece. Once your items are added to the basket, you can choose your shipping destination in the checkout.

  • erm.. i checked htfr but it doesnt sells the whole set. just a pair of these decks. is there any set including these decks with a mixer available?

  • We don't sell them as packages if that is what you are after as we allow customers to create their own packages. Just add the turntables and mixer to your shopping cart at the same time. This means you can buy the equipment you want at cheap prices instead of being forced to buy equipment you may not want. If you need any more help feel free to contact us again.

  • nice cd player, too bad it has a door that opens. That's ASKING for drama.

  • I own a pair of these and love them. You simply can't beat them for the price. I'm about to buy a Stanton turntable too to replace the one I'm currently using. They've totally won me over. I have a demo I did on my c314s posted. Be kind, I just resumed DJing after a 10 year break.

  • im tossing on the cdj 200 or the 314 but im not buying rite nw i will probly but arouind october do u think the price will drop much of these units? please help

    -dj from newzealand

  • It's impossible to tell to be honest. Both units are very high quality and still in demand so it is very unlikely the price will drop at all before october.

Why not buy it now and get a few more months extra out of your unit of choice, don't forget we have a price promise to make sure we are the cheapest place to buy your equipment from if you do happen to find it cheaper elsewhere.

  • i was feelin these till i seen the pop out cd tray. thats just asking to break. im bummed, cause i was just about to order these. instead, i went for the cdj-200's.

  • If i were all u, gt this product. Pio has its name, but stanton has good prices with a lot of features.compared to the cdj. 200. stanton kills. If your going for pio, get something more expensive like the cdj.1000

  • do u need the mixer in order to scratch??

  • You can create a scratch noise from a stand alone cd turntable or vinyl turntable, however to enable different sounds and different scratches a mixer is needed to cut up the scratch to get the desired scratch (such as a chirp, crab, flair etc...)

  • hey u ever try scratching using the trasform on the c.314s its like the fader

  • witch is better the cdj-200

    or

    stanton-c.314

they both cost the same but the c.314 looks alot better but pioneer has made a name for itself. i need help with this can someone please help me?

  • Its personal preference as to which you'd prefer really. Both the Pioneer CDJ 200 and the Stanton C 314 are extremely well built, and have great features. The only thing that lets the Pioneer CDJ 200 down is that is has no vinyl emulation mode, which means you can't scratch with jog dial, only using it for pitch bending, and manipulating the effects.

  • i have a c.314 and m.303 mixer how do i connect them and with what cord? And i want to connect them to my pc which is windows vista what shoudl i do? and what software?

  • You need to connect the Stanton C 314 to the Stanton M 303 with a phono (RCA) cable. You'd go from the CD players AUDIO OUT into the LINE IN on one of the channels on your mixer.

To connect to your PC I'd suggest using an audio interface, going from the REC OUT on your mixer, going straight to a USB input on your PC. Software would come the audio interface. All the cables and the audio interface can be purchased from us at htfr(.)com

  • i bought 2 c314s from HTFR...

    awesome !!
