again ur bpm is way too low. u can't be on 128 and consider it trance. but still very nice. it's pretty but lacks something. like more instruments. also try giving the lead or piano a fruity reverb and increase the decay to maximum. ive found that it generates a unique atmoshperic effect. it'll make it sound more dreamy. try it and ull see what i mean =)

@undergroundplague0 no no no no no no nooooooo! trance is between 150-200. trust me dude. i've been making trance music for a LONG time so i think i should know. the only style of music suitable for 128bpm is classical or in some cases electro music. trance is a fast-paced, up and down, melodic type of music. not something that's as slow this i can assure you ;)

@raygo44 ya i was thinking of something else sorry, lol. trance is like 140-155 or something like that and classical is below 100. electro and house is around 128, breakbeat/jungle around 160-200. so i suppose u cud call this melodic house? haha

@ytpenate depends on the instruments used in the song. if it has a lot of pads and strings it'll most likely be trance. bpm isn't always the only factor in determining the genre of a song. alot of things contribute such as instruments, vocals, etc.
