Sadly, I say that I am dissappointed. 

Free Running is not all about the flips and tricks, because those are more gymnastics. I don't do either, but I believe that Parkour/Free Running is more about being able to get to point A to Point B. Sure the flips are col, but I want to see something more like Mirror's Edge, where it's more like a race.

Umm not to knock the actual sport of free running but what's so special about the video. Last time I checked that was called basic gymnastics. My 13 year old daughter does parallel bars and flips just like the in the vid. Aren't you you guys supposed to actually run?
