Like all you boys were hearing about E.S.P down south, no ways my boet, Cape Town didnt even register as a Jol for us in the mid-late 90's

@Mike26Spike I Was at that rave, Nasrec Film studios even remember some of the Dj line up, Blu Peter & Mrs Woods remember the dancer in the mirror suit still gotta be one of the best raves ever, lots of trashed people there, I saw Dennis's show and could have sworn I saw myself on TV.I searched everywhere for that footage, cant find nothing on it, might be worth while to get hold of Dennis Beckett directly and ask him but I dont know if he actually own the rights to it or if its property of SABC

@goonerfromjhb Hey, i used to go to the major raves, ICE, quadraphoria, camel adventure and the mother raves, then off to spend sundays in ESP on end st. after that 400km back home to Nelspruit ;-) Wish I could have gone to Nexus, but Monday was the day to sleep it off in University... lol.... Also been to flyhouse, and the best eva was burning my shoes in club 360(durbs) in the drums they had on the roof, great place.....

Wow this brings back memories, but i think you guys forgot that besides the clubs mentioned here there was Hideout, Nexus, and lets not forget the real old school like Gates, Gates 2, Oxygen, I just wish that all of the big Raves still had the CD's available, but they are rarer then Hens teeth, especially looking for Camel Experience 1999 or at least the track list so i can look for the tracks individually

@levesconte2007, I know your post is a couple months old man but just thought I'd let you know, the club scene shown here was pretty underground, in my opinion, far better to go than the more modern clubs around the world. Ive been to all teh clubs shown here ans teh times I had there were waaaay better than the ones I've been to where I live now in Sydney which are bigger, flashier and sterile as all hell! however, whatever rocks your world man. Peace!
