Well written ad , but the CEO's voice over ruins it because she's not an ACTOR! These people in high positions think they can do everything. Bobcat Goldwait could have done a better voice over than this bland, listless lady. Had to get that out.

Even the black and white close up shot of the african american girl slowly looking up at the camera to face the viewer, this was obviously ripped off the Olympic ad titled "smile". With Robin Williams voice over.
