Is Last Exile the only anime where the opening was made at smooth framerates? It's true that all anime is animated at the standard (horribly choppy) 12-15 frames per second but Last Exile's opening seems to be animated at 30fps+, very smooth.

In fact, if it weren't for Western animation, anime wouldn't exist, because anime is HEAVILY influenced by the early 1920 style of American animation, as the anime style was first developed in that time period. @Mallhall85 When I see TOP anime openings I'm expective top in terms of visual qality as well as the music. In my honest opinion a good opening is something that captures your eyes and makes you immediately want to watch the show. Since the anime company usually do not make the music, I am far more critical of the video itself. Even in terms of music, I wasn't feeling any of them.

Hah, the moment I saw Serial Experiments Lain my heart skipped a beat and before I knew it I had skipped it for it being such a pointless show. Then I saw Cloud Age Symphony and instantly fell in love with whoever made this video. I'm glad you included the song, you're one of maybe a handful that has put it in their top ANYTHING.
