I beleive most of the Filipino people are well educated. I have met a lot of them that are really very good. But how come these candidates are so down to earth when come to election time and after they've won, they forget the general public and think of their own self priority. Politics in the Philippines has a lot of loopholes. They are public servants - so they should act as servants.
