  • Do not blame a wonderful country with great culture for its government!

  • Agree

  • The storey is so sad, yet so good. To be a woman in the days that are pertrade, was very hard, even for the ones that got to do what she did. To loose a loved one, is impossible to say how one feels, i know this, as do many others out there. I think the Chinese, Mongolian and even the Kerian culture, traditions and their peoples are fantastic. They where around long befor us Westeners.

  • nice girl, cool song and beautiful country :o)

  • a pleasant change-sort of techno chinese kate bush

  • beautiful

  • Why are people so into pointing out facts and figures so much? Debating about such a thing when one should spend time just taking in the music. People are free to express themselves. It is as natural to them as breathing, so just let them exist. No harm done to others.

I want to point out a fact. Sa Ding Ding is not the one who composes this song! The terms from this song is taken from a Buddhist Vajrayana mantra. The mantra is called the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra.

  • Thank you for that information. I recognized the lyrics weren't Chinese, and noticed they were all single syllables, which isn't likely to be a language, so I was wondering where the words came from. Now I know! Very cool that she fused the mantra and modern.

  • Well, actually, the mantra is in Sanskrit, an ancient language that was spoken in the area of nowaday India. The song has the mantra in single syllable form, but the actual words aren't like that. In addition, the mantra is the "Chinese" styled one. A few words have been shifted into Chinese pronunciation.

  • I think this sounds better than in chinese.

  • Yeah this is a Buddhist mantra. The oldest Buddhist mantras are all in Sanskrit so this is just the Chinese pronunciation of Sanskrit. It gives you of a preview of Chinese Buddhism. It's funny because the Sanskrit is already so mispronounced to fit the Chinese vocabulary/sounds, it's further mispronounced when Buddhism arrived to Japan because their prayers are from the Chinese pronunciations of Sanskrit. Sanskrit> Chinese-fied Sanskrit> Japanese-fied Chinese Sanskrit XD.
